The Republican-Democrat registration gap widened by 2,959 to now leave Republicans at a 63,094 registration&nbsp;<em>dis<\/em>advantage to Democrats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The electoral mix deteriorated by more than expected likely as a result of a 130,000 piece voter registration mailing that was sent out by the left-leaning  <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Voter Participation Center (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.voterparticipation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Voter Participation Center<\/a>.
